The idea
Not just a cabin. Your own private mountain resort.
Most mountain trips make you choose: a beautiful place to stay, or a place with something to do. Yukon Summit Retreat was built to end that trade-off.
Set on a mountaintop above a gated vineyard community, the house looks out over rolling vine rows, wooded ridgelines and long-range North Georgia scenery. Outside, the decks unfold into two hot tubs, a sunken fire-pit lounge, an open-air cinema, turf for games and quiet corners to disappear into. Inside, a great room built around the view and a custom table where all twelve of you sit down at once.
Stay for the mountains. Come back for everything you can do without leaving the property.

Signature amenities
Your private mountain playground.
One house. Twelve guests. Countless ways to spend the weekend — most of them without ever starting the car.

Two hot tubs
Two private hot tubs. One unforgettable mountain backdrop.
Slip in as the last light slides off the ridgelines, steam rising into cool mountain air. Because there are two, the whole group unwinds at the same time — nobody waits their turn, nobody crowds in.
Two hot tubs. No taking turns.
Outdoor entertainment
The backyard is the reason people stay an extra night.

Sunken fire-pit lounge
End the day together around the fire.
A sunken gathering room built into the landscape, sized for roughly a dozen. Gather the whole group after the wineries close and the mountain air turns cool — wine, conversation, firelight and more stars than anyone at home is used to.

Open-air mountain cinema
Movies under the stars.
A big screen glowing against the treeline, blankets over knees, drinks on the side table. Family movie night, Saturday's game, or a late film nobody makes it to the end of.

Turf recreation + lounge zones
Room to play, and corners to disappear into.
A landscaped turf lawn for games and afternoons in the sun, plus quiet hammock-style lounge areas tucked into the landscape — for coffee, a book, a glass of wine, or twenty minutes away from everyone else. The whole property circulates easily between decks, hot tubs, turf and fire.

Covered outdoor living
The outdoors doesn't end when the weather changes.
Another living room, only surrounded by North Georgia: fireplace, television, deep seating, warm wood overhead and outdoor sound. Rain on the roof turns out to be part of the appeal.

The great indoors
One table. Everyone together.
A restrained modern mountain interior — warm wood, iron-ore tones, big glass — with rooms sized for a group of twelve rather than a couple who happened to bring friends.

A custom table for 12
Birthday dinners, holiday meals, breakfast before everyone heads out, card games that run too late. Everyone actually sits down together.

A kitchen that hosts
White oak island, quartz counters and backsplash, black hardware, a dramatic hood. Made for the nights when dinner at the house becomes the evening's main event.

The great room
High ceilings, tall glass to the mountains, and a fireplace in iron-ore tones with white oak accents. The room everyone drifts back to.

Rainy day? Good.
Big-screen viewing, games and comfortable lounge seating — the house was designed so a day spent inside still feels like part of the vacation.

Stay in the mountains. Explore Georgia wine country.
Six wineries. One mountain retreat.
Roughly six wineries sit within about ten minutes of the house. Spend the afternoon vineyard hopping, then come home, open a bottle from your favorite stop, and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains from the hot tub.
Wine country by day. Firelight by night.
North Georgia at your doorstep
